Mirza Feteli Ahundzade modern bir milliyetçi olmamas?na ra?men Azerbaycan’daki milli hareketin olu?mas?nda önemli rol oynam??t?r. Miroslav Hroch’un küçük milletlerle alakal? tezleri Ahundzade’nin hareketteki rolünü daha anla??l?r k?lmaktad?r. Hroch milletlerin ulusla?ma sürecini milliyetçilik yerine hareketler kavram? üzerinden tan?mlamaktad?r. Böylece ulusla?man?n farkl? süreçlerine i?aret etmekle birlikte hareketleri Üç Evre’ye ay?rmaktad?r. modeline göre milletler süreçlerini A, B ve C evrelerini geçerek tamamlamaktad?rlar. A Evresi’nde yerel dilin ke?fi, canlan??, ise kitleselle?mesi gerçekle?mektedir. Bu tasnife Ahundzade, dü?ünce eylemleriyle Çarl?k Azerbaycan?’n?n ulusla?mas?n?n (1850-1920) yer almaktad?r. halk dilinde eserler kaleme almakta; ayr?ca dili halk?n e?itimi ilerleme için araç olarak kullanmaktad?r. çal??mada, yazmas?n?n yapt??? gelenek ele?tirisinin bilincin olu?mas?na katk?s? tart???lacakt?r.
